Really I do not know what/why this happened.
I now also downgraded the contact form 7 to your suggested version.
Rev Slider is not working in home page and in other positions. Any idea?

Just found the guilty plugin.

Landing Pages v.1.4.8

NOT compatible with Flexform theme
