  Hi,
  Do you have the page builder enabled when you save the page . I just read on another thread that this could cause an issue. Could you please try switching on the page builder and saving the page and check,

  Yes. It has been set to page builder all along. I made sure it was enabled and then updated the page. Still have the same issue.
