Hi,

The social sharing is only picking up the page link but not the title, description, or image.

Any suggestions?

HI,
Please go to Admin -> ADD/Edit Post OR PAGE SCREEN -> scroll down and here you will get settings box at left side named Open Graph+ Custom Settings .Here you may put social share image title and decription . Please refer screenshot too .
