I went into the customizer pinpoint and the panel that show the web page is not functioning propoerly. It seems to be repeating itself.
this error message appeared:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
I cannot find the slide settings and have no idea what point 2. means
can you help
thanks
John
May 14, 2013 at 1:31 pm #4795Hi John,
Do you have any active plugins? Try disabling them one by one, it sounds like one of them is breaking the slider plugin.

May 17, 2013 at 8:18 am #5126If the plugin is doing something that’s conflicting with the Customizer, then maybe just disable it when you need to use the Customizer.

Also, are there any special .htaccess edits on your server? The preview of the site loads in an iframe when using WordPress’ Customizer, and if you notice, it keeps loading your site inside the site itself – that’s definitely wrong.

Pretty sure we discussed this over email, and the issue was the tabs on the homepage?
Looking to hopefully get a fix for this into the next update.
