  Hi,Please go to Admin ->Settings -> Nav XT settings -> General -> Home Breadcrumb -> Home Template ->

  Find this code at input box 
  <a title="Go to %ftitle%." href="%link%">%htitle%</a>
  
  Replace with 
  <a title="Go to %ftitle%." href="%link%">Home</a> 

  It will change Website name to home and to remove it , uncheck the setting ” Place the home breadcrumb in the trail ” and update .

  Please check also attachment .
