    Hello support,

I have just installed the neighborhood theme and latest woocommerce plugin, so I would have the latest versions of both, plus the latest wordpress. I have searched the forums and tried a few things, but I cannot get the Add to Cart button to work with variations. Any idea’s please? http://lolalovegrove.com.au/

    Hi @bekhike,

This is very likely a JS conflict. Can you provide us with a login so that we can get past the maitenance page to check out the issue?

    Thanks,

    – Ed

No I have had no response, I have sent my login details, but nothing in over a week. My client is waiting for me to complete the website, very frustrating!

    Hi @bekhike,

Apologies for the delay, I’m unsure of why I didn’t get an email for you reply – will investigate this.

    Just checking your issue now.

Check this guide to fix it, or ask your host to remove the restriction: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/

Thanks! I contacted the hosting and they have fixed it. I have another issue, with the product image size on the individual product page. The clients product pictures they have provided are smaller than the size on that page, so the images are stretched and blurry. I have changed the image size in the woo commerce settings and installed Regenerate Thumbnails and ran the regenerate, but the image is still the same size. Is there any other way around this?

Hey, does it work if you delete the image from wp-admin > media and upload it again?
