    Hi,

I am having trouble setting up the team section in the Dante theme. I have in the main page a team gallery and I added a team member. Not sure how to set up the page for the team member though. Any link to a documentation or help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

    Hi,
You simply have to add new Team members like you add new Posts from the Team Menu on the left .

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
You mean to say that the Team Gallery Element in the Swift Page builder is not working ? . Can you try adding a couple of more dummy team members and also set a featured image for them.

    Thanks
    Tahir

    Hi,

I didn’t realized they were featured image for the team member page. I thought you might have been onto something… However, I added 3 memebers. All with a name, a featured image and a title. None of them are showing in the team gallery element.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

    Hi,
Do you have any third party plugins that could be causing the conflict?. If yes please try deactivating theme. I just tested on my local server , Theme version 1.51 and both Gallery elements seem to be working fine. Also i just checked on your live url you are using theme version 1.2 . Please update to the latest version.

    Thanks
    Tahir

Very strange, it doesn’t seem to be a setup or css issue, I will let the developer know about this, maybe he can help out!

    Hi @transfix,

My guess would be that you need to install the GD Image Library on your hosting, can you check this with your host?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I am not sure what a GD Image Library is. However, after a quick research I see that I have php-gd installed and imagemagick installed.

    Thanks

    Hi Jonathan,

    Sorry for getting you late.

    1. Can you try disable all plugins, and try to check?
    2. Also update the theme to the latest version, by replace all the files.

Let me know, what you got.

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

Per our conversation above I already did those two steps and it was still not working. I double checked and it looks like I am on the latest version. I tried AGAIN to uninstall all plugins and no luck… Any other idea?

    Thanks,
    Jonathan
