I am choosing the header style that has the logo on the LEFT. There is no “Welcome XXX” message on that header style and the customers have no ways to check their username. ( It cannot be found on My Account page as well ! )

I would like to have the same “Welcome XXX” wording as the header style with the logo in the middle. How to do that ?

    Thanks !!!

    Hi,

you would need to modify the file sf-header.php for that.
If you’re unsure how to modify php I recommend hiring a developer of your trust to help you with it.

    Cheers!

Are there any clean and simple method to solve ?
Or, would you consider to add such BASIC REQUIREMENT in the next theme update ?

I think it is essential to allow a logged-in customer to check and know their username.

    Thanks a lot !

Hi, the only solution is to implement it to the code, that’s as clean and simple as it can get ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m unsure why a logged in user who logged in with their username and pwd would need to check their username, which is the one they logged in with?

I will forward this to the developer to consider ๐Ÿ™‚
    Thank you!

You posted that you switched to dante in another thread, so I consider this thread resolved as well.

    Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

thanks ! this issue happens similarly on Dante theme as well.

it’s because, for example, if a guy used his “email” to log-in after a period of time, he will forget his “username”, and vice versa. It’s much better to let them have whole control on their information.

    thanks again
