Hi –

I would like to add Pinterest’s Rich Product Pins (http://developers.pinterest.com/rich_pins/) to our WooCommerce products. Pinterest needs oEmbed or Semantic Markup to add the metadata to the products. Can we create custom fields for that? Please advise.

By the way, can we get direct access to premium support at WooCommerce since we have purchased their product through you? If I have further questions about WooCommerce extensions should I ask you?

Hi there,

Have you tried enabling the NextGen Open Graph plugin? This should automatically generate a rich pin with the share functionality.

You haven’t actually purchased any WooCommerce products through us, as far as I’m aware their premium support is reserved for people who purchase their themes.

For WooCommerce extensions, you would need to contact their support.

Thanks I will check that out. So for the basic WooCommerce that comes with your theme, you will support? But if we buy extensions from them directly we will get service from them directly? Don’t want to chase the wrong people:) Cheers!
