  Can you let me know how you create those item animations/pop ups as you scroll down the page?

  Is there a way to change the speed in which they fade in?

  Hi,
  You basically have to set the animation attributese in the shortcode and set delay as well.
  Example of pop up and 2 second delay

  [sf_iconbox image='' character='1' type='standard' title='Brief' animation='pop-up' animation_delay='2'] Class aptent taciti sociosqu ad litora torquent per conubia nostra, per inceptos himenaeos. Nulla nunc dui, tristique in semper vel.[/sf_iconbox]
