So I’ve quite a bit of trouble getting this pricey theme to work properly.
Starters great looking demo. Following everything in the documentation the dummy content “split” doesn’t work no matter how many times I do it. It imports a bunch of blog posts but nothing for the store, broken links and 404’s everywhere. I even had someone who’s better at me try it multiple times and she told me there URL errors.Let’s move onto the Theme Settings, there are a ton of jquery issues, icons aren’t showing up, very glitchy interface. Lightbox refuses to work (the reason I bought this theme was that the demo worked better than FlexForm) but $60 later and STILL no lightbox, just forwards to another page with the single image. Also, images for products only show up when they feel like it. The thumbnails of the additional products are incredibly blurry.
Unclear documentation on how to properly setup the plugins that are recommended to have the site run properly, like “Breadcrumbs”. I’ve spent over an hour setting that damn thing up and it still runs like crap.
The mini-menu doesn’t show up even after I relocated the admin bar and removed the site-wide notice.
Also, when I “inspect element” where the product images or any body content isn’t showing up it keeps highlighting the sub-menu of my shop, which isn’t even triggered to drop down but the code is telling me it’s active.
There are SO many things wrong with this theme. Also, 80% of the errors appear across FireFox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari. I don’t support IE at all so no need to check if that works.
Some of the errors I receive a lot:
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'fitVids' functions.js:43 page.init functions.js:43 onReady.init functions.js:1641 c jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:3 p.fireWith jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:3 x.extend.ready jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:3 q jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:3 Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'on' add-to-cart.min.js?ver=2.0.20:1 (anonymous function) add-to-cart.min.js?ver=2.0.20:1 deferred.resolveWith jquery.js:1008 jQuery.extend.ready jquery.js:436 DOMContentLoaded jquery.js:915 Received message of type object from http://dripjuice.com, expected a string all.js:56 event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead. jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:4 Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'flexslider' functions.js:690 flexSlider.init functions.js:690 onLoad.init functions.js:1665 x.event.dispatch jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:4 v.handle jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:4 Received message of type object from http://dripjuice.com, expected a string
Disabling plugins doesn’t help with the issues either. I tried narrowing them down but it just doesn’t work.
I’d like some help getting things working like they do on the demo.
December 20, 2013 at 7:07 am #38470I removed all my sub-menu items and now there’s only 4 errors and the images for products show up.
December 20, 2013 at 12:06 pm #38496Hi there,
Sounds like something must be wrong with your setup somewhere – the theme itself has no known bugs, and issues like that aren’t something that is usually the theme’s fault.
If you drop me a link/login, I’ll happily check out the issue for you.

December 20, 2013 at 7:35 pm #38645I recently formatted my entire website and reverted back to WordPress 3.7 and things are working a little better.
