    Hi there,

    I’ve been having issues installing this theme. It’s the correct zip filed, I’ve checked and double checked. I’ve also downloaded the file three times, thinking it might have been a corrupt download – but still no luck.

    Here is a screenshot of what prompts when I try to upload the zip file in the theme installation menu

    Hi,
    Please unzip the package you downloaded and see the documentation and the theme folder inside that is to be uploaded.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the quick reply. I have done as you instructed but still no luck. I’ve tried this process with both Safari (latest version) and Firefox Aurora (my default browser for WP related things).

    I have read the documentation as within the ZIP file, and followed the instructions there as well – even watched a tutorial video (though I have done multiple theme installs in the past from themeforest), but still no luck.

    Please contact your hosting company and ask them to increase your max upload file size limit to 256MB temporarily so you can upload the theme.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the replies. My hosting company told me it wasn’t a problem with the max upload file size, but how I uploaded it. In the end I used ftp to upload the theme, and it is working now. Thank you for helping me solve this issue – your support is appreciated
