    Hello,

    I attempted to upload a copy of the theme to an active wordpress site and the installation failed.

    I uploaded the template via FTP and had issues with features not showing such as the visual editor
    plugin (Page Builder). Additionally text or page content no longer showed in the visual editor field.

    I downloaded and installed a new copy of wordpress and again i could not install the theme or template
    from wordpress theme upload area.

    I did not know if I should start another topic.

    I am having trouble with the logo. It is floating over the menu as in the screen shot.

    Hi there,

    Looks like your logo file is way too big. Have you set the width to be smaller in the theme options > header options panel?

    First off you have been very responsive and I would like to thank you.

    Unfortunately the logo is w635 X H105 . I tried setting these values and it shrunk the logo.

    Do you have suggestions for placing a logo of this size left aligned above the menu?

    Thanks again.

    Hi John,

    If you could provide a link to your site, we’ll happily help out with some custom css.

    We would just like the logo to sit above the menu.

    Hi,
    Please use this custom css.

    .header-6 #logo, .header-7 div#logo {
    	z-index: 0;
    	top: 24px;
    }

    Thanks

    Thank you…

    This placed the logo beneath the menu…at least it is a start. You can now see the menu.

    Hi, you cannot have the logo next to the menu without shrinking it as there is not enough space!

    You can either

    a) have the logo shrunken as much until it fits next to your menu
    b) reduce your menu width so the logo fits next to the menu without shrinking
    c) have the logo rest beneath the menu like Tahir suggested, which is imho the best option

    All the best
