    Hello,

I can’t edit any of my pages in the Swift Page Builder. It shows no content and I can only see the content in the classic editor. Please help!

    Hi,

Can’t login in your site. Can you check again the credentials?

I tested in a different page and it happened to me. did you update the theme using the latest version that is available in the Themeforest Download area? If not them download that latest version an update your site with it.

I have the Flexform ChildVersion: 1.62. Not sure why or how it’s a child version now because I didn’t purchase the child version originally. Once I download the latest version, how do I update it without replacing the entire site?

    Hi,

Once the child theme is disabled, please follow these instructions:

    Thanks.

Do I just activate the original theme and disable the child? Will this have any effect on my website? And just curious, how did my theme become a child theme in the first place when I didn’t purchase it that way?

    Hi,

When you activate the parent theme, the child is automatically disabled.

The custom code in your child theme will no longer take effect on the site.

A child theme is installed the same way as any other theme, this would have been done by someone who had access to your site as the process is not automatic in any way.

    Thanks.

Okay this solved my problem. Thanks guys. Still not sure how the child theme got activated, but deactivating it worked.
