This was identified and a release prepared and sent out over Friday/Saturday. Please be sure you have updated to the latest Swift Framework plugin version from your dashboard.
As this change involved amending the plugin core JS files, you will need to refresh the browser cache to pull in the new files.
Thanks.
June 12, 2017 at 11:51 am #328097Hi,
I have updated the Swift Framework and cleared the browser cache and also have cleared my WordPress cache as well.
Problem still arises.
Please help.
Thanks.

June 12, 2017 at 4:48 pm #328182I can confirm the same issue. Plugins are updated and cache is cleared. Tried on chrome, firefox, and safari to no avail. Page builder and basic editor are both blank.
June 12, 2017 at 4:59 pm #328188Hi @mattbartley,
This was identified and a release prepared and sent out over Friday/Saturday. Please be sure you have updated to the latest Swift Framework plugin version from your dashboard.
As this change involved amending the plugin core JS files, you will need to refresh the browser cache to pull in the new files.
There are two issues:
1) Disappearing page builder content – resolved on Friday/Saturday with the latest updates.
2) Formatting removed – not resolved, we are working on this now.
Thanks.

Because I run the latest WP version (4.8), Atelier version (2.4.40) and Swift Framework version (2.5.42) and I still got the message “There’s no content here” and when I refresh the content is back but all the formatting of the text is gone so I cant update.I’ve got this exact issue on Atelier, Cardinal and Dante. According to WP, everything is up to date.
Best,

I don’t know much about FTP.
Will the CPanel do?
If CPanel will do, how can I send you the details?
Thanks.
June 13, 2017 at 9:59 am #328343Hi,
We were going to release last night an update to fix this when we figured out another aditional issue related to the TinyMce editor.
We are now preparing the updates to go out but the only thing you guys need it’s to replace the SwiftFramework plugin by this version in the link below. Delete the current one and install the new. The SwiftFramework options are saved in the database so there is any problem with that.

We never marked any topic as resolved intentionally and it isn’t going to be now that we will do it.-Rui
June 13, 2017 at 11:49 am #328392Hi Rui,
I have deactivated the Swift Framework and deleted it.
Installing the link above Swift Framwork 4_8Zip file.
My concern here is, in the future, will this file will be updated?
If so, will it affect my setting since it’s a different file name?
Thanks.
June 13, 2017 at 11:58 am #328395that’s just the name of the zip, inside you have the same swift-framework directory name.
