  hi,

  You can put the icon boxes in a smaller containing column in the Page Builder.

  What exactly to you want to reduce in size? This would likely not require any PHP code changes so please revert those.

  You have chosen to use the large icon size, simply change the Page Builder Icon setting. Ex of the left icon smaller:
