    Hi, I am running WordPress WP.4.7.5, with WC 3.0.7, using woo commerce deposit plug-in, I just renewed my 6-months support, but it didn’t update on item support page, so I input it here. (Cause very urgent)

    Issue:
    1/ when not an Admin user, shop/category pages will redirect to a single product page.
    2/ Reset Password link is not working and stay on log-in page
    3/ At Customers Account Dashboard, customers cannot access into any order/address/account details tabs, will only reload back into dashboard page.

    Have run testing, deactivating plug-in, and check htaccess code

    Hi David,

    I tried switching the theme to TwentySeventeen, and it works.
    There is something with the theme that’s causing the issues.

    Will help me a lot if you can assist me on this.
    I have already encountered lots of complaints from my customers already.

    Hi,

    Can we disable temporarily( just 1 or 2 minutes) all plugins except Woocommerce and SwiftFramework so we can test it?

    Hi,

    Just got to the conclusion that this is because you have the maintenance mode active without select a specific page since you choose the custom page option.
