    Hi,
    We have this problem on Atelier theme with woocommerce while adding a product to the cart.
    Previously added quanty of product is getting added again and again even if we change the quantity.
    Example: we add 4 items of a product to the cart, after, in the same page we add 2 items of the product to the cart, but 4 items are added instead of 2

    Hi,

    What theme version?

    Are you running WooCommerce version 3.0.7?

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

    WordPress 4.7.3

    We try to deactivate all the plugins, leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active. But the problem remains.

    Hi,

    I have added that. Those login details are not working.

    Also, the IP (199.83.63.28) returns a database error if accessed directly.

    Strange, yes the IP/URL is correct:

    Are you using a child theme?

    Hi,

    Ah yes, got it.

    You have version 2.4.20 installed. Update to 2.4.34. This will resolve it with WC 3+.
