Ever since updating Woocommerce, orders are automatically being ‘cancelled’ upon purchase.

The money transfers through – and other than email confirmations – the client receives everything as normal. BUT, I only receive an email saying the order was canceled and it shows canceled in the status even though the money has no issues going through.

This only happened since I updated the Woocommerce plugin, which I did not do until I the theme update ready.

I would ask Woocommerce about this, but I know they will likely tell me that the status report shows the theme as outdated.

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Hi,

Do you have a coupon/free product we can test this with? This is not something I can replicate locally, please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active, flush your media temple cache and re-test?

    Hi,

Preview Slider: WooCommerce 3+ changed the variation object, we are updating our Page Builder/Theme files now to reflect this. This bug will be fixed.

Cancelled Orders: This is not something I can replicate on my local dev version, on your test product the shipping is $30 for intl shipping. – Can you test this with all plugins disabled, so only Swift Framework and WooCommerce are active? It’s possible a plugin is not full compatible with the recent Woo 3+ changes.

    Thanks.

Yes it can be, Can you try to reach that plugin author?
We have no similar situations so it definitely can be related to that.

To be able to see images in the product slider.

You need to add images to each variation.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we look further?

    1) You must update the latest WooCommerce version: http://thelivingheartrange.com/wp-admin/update-core.php.

    2) Your theme must also be updated to be compatible with the latest WooCommerce: http://thelivingheartrange.com/wp-admin/update-core.php

    3) Clear your Media Template cache after doing the above.
