    Hi there,

    1. How do I change the product picture size?

    http://houseofharrynicole.co.uk/index.php/product/bloomsbury-gilet/

At the moment I cannot see the whole garment unless I change my screen resolution.

    2. When I click on the image it goes dark, how can I get it to show the product?

    All my best,

    JH

    Hi,

Do you have the latest versions of the Atelier theme and the Swift Framework?
Can you provide some admin credentials in a private reply to have a look?

Let you me know after the update so I can look at it.
    Thanks

    Hi there,

    1) You set the image size in the WooCommerce settings, under Products > Display. Once set, use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to change image sizes.

    2) Can’t see any cause for the issue here, have tested locally and no issue here. Can you try doing the WooCommerce data update that needs to be done, and also disabling any 3rd party plugins?

    Thanks,

    – Ed

    Sorted with picture sizing.

With regards to the image going black when I click on it this is what i have done.

    – Update WordPress and all plugins

    – contacted server guys and said the following

    ‘Dear host,

I’m running a WooCommerce webshop on one of your servers and WooCommerce has recommended using at least PHP 5.6. WordPress, the content management system that WooCommerce uses, has listed PHP 7 as the recommended version on n their requirements page: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Can you please let me know if my hosting supports PHP 5.6 or higher and how I can upgrade?

This still hasn’t resolved the issue.

    Please advise

    Hi Sheepys,

Looks like it may be a permissions issue – have you had any issue with updating in the past?

    Hi Ed,

If I’m admin should that be sufficient access?

I believe I’ve updated before without any issue.

This issue has brought the development of this site to a halt. I hope someone can help.

    All my best,

    JH

    Hi JH,

Being an admin on WordPress would not matter, as it is to do with the permissions on the files/folders in your hosting. If you can’t update through WordPress, try updating through FTP by overriding?
