  Hello,

  I put a coupon code and then “Apply Coupon” is OK.
  Next, in Shipping Calculator section, with Coupon code I put Us, state and ZIP code, and then
  “Update Totals” does not work which means that on Cart totals section, Shipping Methods are not updated and shown.
  After applying theme-Store Front, Shipping Methods have no issue.

  Please check the Cart Page – Shipping Methods have a issue in the CART TOTALS section.
