I have an issue with express paypal.
1) When someone tries to checkout after submitting the order on paypal, it forward to the checkout page and says error billing information is missing.

2) on regular paypal checkout, after the customer submits the order the payment is complete but their order stays stuck “on-hold”

Hi @teddyden

Have you made sure that your payment plugin is up to date? Can’t think of anything in the theme that would cause this. Please, can you try testing with the default WordPress theme?
