  The header has some major problems. No logo that I have uploaded will make a difference. Dark style pages are fine. Please take a look at this visiproductions.com

  Header 3 does have a reduced logo width for the center menu. You can override this and set it to your actual logo height to get the real width.

  Please add this to Theme Options => Custom CSS:

  .full-center #logo {
      width: 25%!important;
  }
  .full-center #logo.has-img a > img {
      max-height: 151px;
  }
