    Hi,

I have used your theme before on a website (http://kingscatering.co.uk) and loved it and so have recommended using it to someone else I do work for. He has a multisite and I have installed it on there however theme seems to be an issue/conflict somewhere and I can figure out the problem. Please could you help.

I have included a screenshot to illustrate the issue.

The login details I have provided give you access to the multisite too should you need them.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi,

It seems that are missing a lot of files. Try to upload the theme files using ftp.

Hi Thanks for your quick reply, This has not resolved the issue however.

Even if I go on the cpanel and check, those files are not missing.

I can give you access to the cpanel if this would help.

    Many thanks.

What are the contents of your .htaccess file on the server, it’s possible the assets are being blocked from loading by the server.

something is wrong in your multi-site installation. Can’t see the htaccess file.

Can you ask to your hosting support to provide us the content of the htaccess file and also to check if there is something wrong in the server settings?

I have asked and they say it is not their issue. I have decided to build the site on its own hosting instead.

    Thanks.

No one is saying that’s their issue, we can also say the same thing but that doesn’t help anyone.
Just don’t understand if you are moving to a different hosting? Do you still need help with this?

We only asked to see the content of the htaccess file, if the files are there something is wrong in the server settings.
