Hi
We are trying to upgrade our Atelier site to latest version of wordpress. We’ve created a copy of the site here: https://www.eaden.com.au/new/ and ran the upgrade on this copy of the site, however there are parts of the site missing (sections of home page, all of the images on the media page, product images not displaying within each category ie shop/nighties.) We have had same issue when trying to upgrade previous versions of wordpress and have not addressed the issue at the time. But now want to upgrade to latest WP. Appreciate some support to fix these issues. Thanks.March 22, 2017 at 2:17 pm #318078Hi,
The versions you are using in this site are very old.Update the theme directly in appearance-> themes

March 30, 2017 at 12:07 am #319051Hi
I made the updates per your recommendations and site still has display issues. Main issues are cart not displaying/working and super search is not working. Appreciate if you can assist further. Thank you.March 31, 2017 at 11:15 am #319212Please clear your browser cache.
Both are working for me as expected.
Thanks.
April 1, 2017 at 12:44 am #319310Hi
I cleared cache but still seeing same issues. Are you viewing http://www.eaden.com.au or http://www.eaden.com.au/new ?Shopping cart still appears empty – see attached screen grab. I’m using Chrome.
And super search (called personal shopper) on shop category page isnt working. The form appears fine but it is not generating any search results when submitted. Thanks
April 3, 2017 at 2:22 pm #319436None of the mentioned issues are present on the URL: https://www.eaden.com.au/new/
Thanks.
April 19, 2017 at 10:51 am #321530Hi David
Jodie here – I’m a digital marketer. Mohammad (Tanveer) is my developer. We are both seeing these issues. So I am not sure why you are not seeing them. Just because you arent, doesnt mean they arent there. Trust me, we would rather not have the issues and I would rather have a client who is happy that her site upgraded successfully. I would appreciate some actual trouble shooting from you given I have paid for support. I can send screen shots or any other information you need but we have issues we need assistance with please.Jodie
April 19, 2017 at 12:15 pm #321550Hi Jodie,
I do now see the cart issue here: https://www.eaden.com.au/new/cart
Please add the WP login details for https://www.eaden.com.au/new/
April 20, 2017 at 6:40 am #321678Hi David
There are 2 main issues 1) is the cart as you can see and 2) the super search isnt working/displaying any results. The super search is located on any of the shop pages (its called personal shopper) per screen shot attached.

1) Please update the theme version: https://www.eaden.com.au/new/wp-admin/update-core.php
This is very behind and due to the vast WooCommerce 3+ changes, this is required.
2) Please run all your plugin updates, including the Swift Framework.
3) What search parameters are you using? I see the search fails when trying to use product attributes only. If you could action 1 & 2 and then re-test please.
April 23, 2017 at 1:31 am #321981Hi David
My developer has actioned 1) and 2) however the issues are still present. We have both checked and still nothing appears on the cart page.Re the super search – I have tried selecting a size only or a size and colour. Nothing returns. See live site for how this normally works http://www.eaden.com.au

April 25, 2017 at 11:26 am #322219Hi,
Can you increase the WordPress memory limit?
Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.
