    Hey guys,

a couple of months ago I had quite some margin issues all over the site after updating to Swift Framework 2.5. I then loaded a backup and since then didn’t update the framework as well as the theme. Currently I’m running 2.4.15 and Atelier 2.3.0.
I’m wondering if I update now to the latest version if there will still be issues. Or is there anything I can do before the update to avoid issues? I have a paying client who is using the site so this is very important.
    Thanks for your input.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

All known issues have been resolved. Do you have a staging site set up to run and test updates?

    Thanks.

David, thanks. That’s great to hear. I will test it right away with a staging site.

    David,
most of the issues are gone now. Here is a direct comparison of issues I found:

ISSUE 1: Youtube embedding. Video embeds appear larger than before.
    BEFORE: http://yuna.com/training/ – scroll down
    AFTER: http://81f.471.mwp.accessdomain.com/training/ – scroll down

ISSUE 2: Blog. Right Sidebar is overwritten with blog columns (masonry).
ISSUE 3: Blog. There is also less margin now on both sides.
    BEFORE: http://yuna.com/journal/
    AFTER: http://81f.471.mwp.accessdomain.com/journal/

ISSUE 4: Galleries do not stay in their column and are displayed full width.
    BEFORE: http://yuna.com/de/graz
    AFTER: http://81f.471.mwp.accessdomain.com/de/graz/

Sometimes the vertical margin between rows is smaller than before and in some occasions there is also less margin on the right and left. Is there anything I or you can do to avoid any issues before updating?

    Cheers, Tom

Do you have a WP login to supply for the staging site?

    Hi Tom,

    1) Your video is set to Fullwidth. This must not be set anymore, please disable that:

2 & 3) Remove the Blog/Spacer asset from within the Row. I have done this on the test site:

    4) Remove the Fullwidth setting:
