    Hello,

When placing an order on my site, customers are getting a SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token ‘<‘ error on the checkout page.

The order is being processing and coming into the admin email as a confirmed order, however, my customers are telling us that there are errors and they are unsure if the order went thru or not! – it is not going to the thank you page once you make payment.

This is new error that just has happened with the recent updates.

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi,

The error seems to be all over the site.

can you provide admin credentials to have a look at your settings?
    Thanks

I purged the WP Rocket and that js error went away.
Can you try to place an order again?

The purge clears the cached content that could had some error somehow, not sure exactly how it works since that plugin is a 3rd party plugin.

You need to test it activating the Twenty Sixteen theme to see if the same happens.
This doesn’t seem to be from the theme since we don’t have any similar situation.

p.s-you also took a week to reply

This issue is not present on my local dev version.

    1) Please update all plugins: https://helloclean.ca/wp-admin/update-core.php

    2) Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

    3) Please disable the child theme.

Once those are complete please re-test and update here so we can also check with you.
