    I would super appreciate your help. I asked for help about a week ago and I have not received a response.

    I’m having a problem inserting slider in any page either via shortcut or by using global settings. I can’t get it to work on the home page or any of the pages.

    There is not response using the global settings. and via shortcut I get the following error message.

    Please I would greatly appreciate your response. I can send you site logging if you show me how to send them privately.

    Hi,

    We aim to respond to all posts within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), but in most cases we usually manage to reply less than 24 hours. We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue. We do also try our best to reply on weekends if we have time.

    I added your slider without problem. You set your homepage up to cover your latest posts via Settings > Reading but you need to make a page your homepage. I set that up for you.

    Hi Melanie,

    Thank you again for your help and guidance.

    I see that you added Slider to the home page. I had done that but the sliders gets pushed to the top of the page behind the logo area. How do I get the slider to show underneath the navigation like it displays on the demo?

    Looks like you’ve got the header overlay mode enabled in Theme Options > Header Options – please disable this if you’d like the slider to show without going behind the header.
