  fixed it, right in front of me, sorry.. for others…on the dashboard under ‘contact’ lies ‘FAQ’s’ click on it and add a post like you normally would then create a page and add the ‘faq’ swift element and your faq post will appear, best

  As @batmans posted, it’s as simple as:

  1) Adding FAQs under the FAQs section within the WordPress Admin.
  2) Create a page, and add in the FAQs page builder asset.
