  When I change the top bar (or really any settings for the header) I can see my changes if I view the page in chrome. If I switch to firefox, or IE/edge, my changes are not visible, and it gives me an older version of the header. I have refreshed the browser, dumped the history, and cookies, even reinstalled firefox, and used 3 different computers. Pictures for reference.

  I noticed that it takes a while for it to update for other browsers. I’ll develop on chrome as a workaround

  Are you running any caching plugins?
