December 9, 2016 at 3:00 am #305929Hi @Mar21
The page builder setup was updated – looks like you have updated the page, but not adjusted the row (they keep their old settings until they are updated).
You can now set the row to Full Width, and that will sort your issue. There is also a row option for equal heights.
If you have any issues with this, we can assist.

December 9, 2016 at 9:17 am #305946is there a way to apply the setting for all the row ?
December 9, 2016 at 9:38 am #305947I have moreover an other issue with the padding settings in the design option set, as all my settings can’t be saved….
All this mess would represent hours of work for me 🙁December 9, 2016 at 9:39 am #305948Hi @Mar21
The rows only change when the page is edited, so you’d only need to adjust it when you edit the row.
What issue are you having with the padding, can you show us an example?

Are you using the slider, or entering numbers for the padding?
For the images – make sure you have the quality set appropriately.
Apologies that you are having issues – we are here to assist whatever you need.

December 9, 2016 at 11:36 am #305978I am entering number for the padding.
Should I open a new ticket for the new issue with the images now?
if you have a look at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/bfmgi0yoi4n29m1/AACfia3I3VJBDuHTNSTY_CPya?dl=0 you will see the screenshot by date. I want to restore the home page of 2015December 11, 2016 at 9:12 pm #306167Hi @Mar21
Once you’ve entered the number, hit enter on your keyboard – that will update the slider control and the stored value.
Link us to the pages with issues and we’ll check those for you.

December 12, 2016 at 9:18 am #306187thank you,
concerning the issue with the image size, all the page are affected.for example, the home page design should be like this https://www.dropbox.com/s/39n4rhttzvxuzja/Association_Organum_Ensemble_Organum_et_CIRMA_-_2015-09-22_15.33.13.png?dl=0
Since the updated, is not the case.
Could you help me fix this? I had to put the website on maintenance mode as all the pages are in mess due to the image size.
thank you
Mar.
December 13, 2016 at 5:33 am #306328On the homepage, the images were set to “full width” – which forced them to be the whole width of the page. I’ve updated that for you.
Are there any other issues?
– Ed
December 13, 2016 at 8:03 am #306332Hi Ed,
thank you!
yes there are more issues : I didn’t choose the setting “full width”. Since the update all the pages of the webiste (except the HP that you’ve fixed) are full with. Why?
thanks again for your help
Mar.
