    We have an issue regarding our featured products. On a category page, they appear at the bottom of the page ( at infinite scroll ) and they just keep coming over and over again. For example here: http://profilservice.se/produkt-kategori/profilprodukter/vildmark/
    Some of these featured products are not even in that category. What can we do to fix this and remove them from the category pages?

    Hi,

    Can you deactivate all plugins except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce and test that page again so we can discard a plugin conflict?

    We tried to deactivate all plugins. We also tried to unselect the featured products, and then selected other products as featured products. We still have the same problem unfortunately.

    Hi,

    Just to clarify this, the products you marked as featured are being pulled into a product category page that they do not belong to on infinite scroll?

    3 of those featured products do have the category vildmark: http://profilservice.se/produkt-kategori/profilprodukter/vildmark/

    Yes, that is correct. They appear on category pages with infinite scroll. And they appear at the end of the page, after the last correct product. So the three featured products with the category vildmark (plus the other three) appear at least twice on the vildmark category page. But if you keep scrolling, they keep appearing over and over again.

    We changed the category pages temporarily to “standard” pagination to avoid the problem, but our client would prefer infinite scroll. The category pages with only 1 page look ok (i.e http://profilservice.se/produkt-kategori/profilprodukter/cerat-med-tryck/)

    Whilst we investigate, is there scope for you to keep all plugins off leaving only SF / WooCommerce active?

    Hi

    1. What time zone do you sit in?
    2. Is it possible to set a day and time to do this at night (for us)? Our time zone is Stockholm UTC +01:00. The site is live and it is hard to keep it down for a longer amount of time.

    Hello,
    No we do not have a staging site. Is it possible for you to do the investigation on dec 23? Do we need to deactivate the plugins, or do you do that as well?

    No, I am aware that it is huge. We are working on that.
    So go ahead and try to fix it on the 23rd. If it’s possible, show an “Under construction” page while you do it, since unactivating all the plugins makes such a big impact on the site.

    Hi,

    I have he plugins disabled and this seems to resolve the issue, can you please take a look? If you do not update the ticket within a few hours I’ll activate the plugins again.

    Hi David,

    We still have some issues whit featured products on a category page when we use the mode “Infinity scroll”
    The featured produkt should not shown at all on the catagort page, but now they reaper infinity at the end of the category scroll page.
    Can we chance somewhere so we don´t get featured products on the category pages?

    Hi Carl,

    The issue is caused by one of the plugins.

    You need to enable each one, then test the page each time to locate which plugin is causing the issue.

    Hi David,

    I don´t think you understand our problem.
    The featured products should´t apper on the catagory pages at all.
    Somewhere it should be possible to shut this of?
    That thay apper on the catagory pages should not be able by a adder plugin to affect.
