    Hello,

I’ve recently purchased your theme in good faith, but I’m quickly losing patience.
I installed the theme (and settings) as instructed and replicated the demo easily. Once I add my own products into the shop, only images that are very low in size will show up. I’m only trying to upload a 1024×768 image which isn’t asking for much.

Please PLEASE can someone get back to me about this and take a look.

    Best,
    Ed

I’ve done a few tests and if the file is tiny, e.g. 50kb it’ll show up but the wrong size. Anything into the 100kbs and it just doesn’t show up at all.

    Mental and infuriating.

Can you provide a login in a private reply? I’ll take a look.

There is an error returned from our image resizing script, which points this towards being a hosting issue.

Can you please check with your host that you have everything required for – http://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Image_Editor

    Thank you for replying.

I’m confused why my hosting would be an issue, but I’ll ask them.
What exactly is “everything require” for that script to run?

    Thanks,
    Ed

Basically the script uses the function wp_get_image_editor to return the correctly sized file, however using this function on your site returns the error:

    “No editor could be selected.”

I’m guessing your hosting doesn’t have any image editing scripts included on the server.

They may find this reference helpful – http://wpseek.com/_wp_image_editor_choose/

Thank you Ed. My hosting company have said they’ll install this and get back to me.

Hopefully this’ll be a quick fix. Either way I’ll let you know.

    That’s all fixed now.

Thanks for pointing out that error as I’d never have spotted that one.
