Edited Form Values disappear after reload of admin panel – some error on console

Dear all

We try to edit a field on the theme options (Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Form Code) and after editing we try to save. After page reload the modification isn’t shown.

Hi,

Can you check if your server settings somehow are denying any request from this domain https://cdn.jsdelivr.net ?
Several are loaded from that place and the site should be trusted.

Ask some help in the hosting support so they can check this and let us know.

no it is not but it is an insecure request or not? So the browser deny the request: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23953543/cross-domain-web-workers

Hi,

The above errors tell what content is not secure, it’s the imported demo content Atelier logos. Simply remove those or upload your own logos to replace them.

If you still get the error for https://cdn.jsdelivr.net please ask your host if they are blocking this and explain the context of the error.

Thank you fir your reply. I will check this.

The url is not blocked. I can ping it on ssh. Is there an other reason for blocking? I also think that if the url would be blocked on the hosting the error on the developer console (firefox) would be a 404 error or a timeout error.

But do you think this is the reason for the missed values after reload?

Is it possible to add the js to the theme/plugin (not via external request)?

We don’t have any way to know what they did, it’s some security setting set in your hosting server.

I can provide you the credentials to the test system. (I cloned the production to a different domain)
