    HI, I have two problems with Atelier.

    First one, I am trying to update the text of the Top Bar left text config and it is not saved in the data base.
    Second one is that the Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Options is not working. I have a form and is not possible to fill the form in the newsletter bar.

    Hi,

    It was necessary to drag the text/shortcode option to the header left.

    The form should have a 1 line format or else it will need more height to be displayed.

    Thanks for this. However, now it is not visible because we cant save a new text to show in the top bar.

    The problem is if you activate the top bar and change the text, the new text wont be saved

    Could you double check?

    I tried that in my first intervention without any problem, and then I place your current text.
    I changed it now so you can see it.

    Try to clear the browser cache.

    Hi Rui, I think I have not explained well. I mean the Top Bar left text config text, which come up when you enable the top bar.

    The text I placed there was gone, did you tried to save anything?

    Hi Rui, it is gone because I don’t want to show to our clients that text. However, the problem is in the section “Top Bar left text config”. Please, update the text and try to show the changes if you can

    Apologize didn’t remind that was a production site, I was thinking that you were talking about the header left text.

    When I enable the top bar it this is what appears.(I already disabled it)

    Managed to change it. Something is caching the changes in your server, had to change several times from text/shortcode to Social and other options until it refreshed.

    Check again.
