    1) I just installed your theme, I found that the customize section doesn’t work (under Appearance section), it just shows a blank page at the right (suppose it should show my site’s layout in real time), please refer to the attached image

    I have contacted my host, this is his reply :”I have checked your case and there is some problem with the theme. During my investigation, I changed the theme to a default one and the customize is working correctly. After that I have reverted the changes. You may contact the theme developers to assist you in resolving this case.”

    2) in the product page, the description section is squeezed at the right side, suppose it should has the same width as the page container, please refer to this product ( https://www.sexysexdoll.com/product/ji-woo-korean-life-size-sex-doll/ ) and see the attached image…

    3) I found that my installed theme doesn’t come with the slash colour background shown in the attached images

    problem 3 has been solved myself, however I encountered more problem:

    4) my website using ssl but with the theme installed, the ssl can’t be full, with warning :”the connection to my site is private, but someone on the network might be able to change the look of the page.”

    Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.sexysexdoll.com/#why-sexysexdoll’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://neighborhood.swiftideas.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/ff_header_bkg_dark.png’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

    1) Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    2) It looks to be fullwidth, it seems this is modified also.

    4) Save the images it mentions, re-upload them. You can see it’s using the imported demo content images and those are not on your server.

    5) Unfortunalty not, that is an image. You can hide it using this CSS:

    .menu > li.shopping-bag-item a > i.sf-cart { display: none; }

    hello for question 2, I did change the code a bit, however you can see that the description is not populating in the description tab. It appears after the review and the sharing section. such problem happened even before I revised the code.

    for question 5, what if I wanna change the image rather than hide it? can I do that?

    for question 4, I have reuploaded the images, but it still points to the outside server, I think I need to fix the links first, but have no idea how to do this

    2) I cannot access any products, they are all 404 errors?

    4) You need to re-upload and re-select the images within the Theme Options => Asset Background Options. Here: https://www.sexysexdoll.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sf_theme_options.

    Remember to empty all your cache plugins and purge your cloudflare account cache also.

    5 You can change that via CSS or modify the theme template to add your own. It looks like you have already added a new font icon though.

    2) it was down coz the server was being updated, now it works again, please help check. I disable the description tab function because the description is not populating within the description tab area, however as you can see the description is still appearing behind the yotpo review….

    please check out this product https://www.sexysexdoll.com/product/carmen-small-breast-young-girl (actually all products have the same problem), short description is fine, but the long description is not populating within the description tab area

    if I turn on the description tab you would see that the description tab gets nothing inside and the long description is not populating within the description tab area like what you see now

    Hi,

    Can you annotate a screenshot of what you want to remove so can I understand this better?

    Have you tested disabling this option Theme Options => WooCommerce Options => Page Builder on Product Pages
