    Hi there,

    I have just purchased the theme, and i’m struggling to get the Swift Framework to install along with a couple of other plugins, presumably the others must be related to the framework.

    I’m receiving the following error message:

    Downloading install package from http://swiftideas.com/extras/plugins/swift-framework.zip…

    Download failed. Forbidden

    other plugins not working:
    Atelier Demo Content
    Go Pricing Tables
    Revolution Slider

    I hope this is sufficient information to solve.

    Hi,

    Who are you hosting with, can you contact your hosting provider and check they are not blocking those plugins from downloading?

    I’m hosting with TSOHost in the UK, I have just contacted them, and they stated that they haven’t and do not block wordpress plugins.

    Hi,

    Thanks for checking with them, do they mean they do not block any external connections to 3rd party sites – the plugins are downloaded for our server, not the WordPress plugin repo.

    The reason I ask is the error message shows the download is forbidden, can you show that to your hosting support?

    What is your current issue? If necessary post your site url and admin credentials in a private reply.
