    Hello,

    When in Google Chrome I go to http://website.asterisa.nl/product-categorie/webinars/ I see the products in the category webinars, that’s good. But when I visit the same url in Safari of Firefox, I get redirected to a single product page? This is not good. Can you help?

    Hi,

    I was also redirected in chrome to this url http://website.asterisa.nl/product/actuele-levenslessen-voor-de-gehele-mensheid/

    Try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce so we can discard any plugin conflict.

    I tried and checked the website in several clean browsers but the issues still persists, also with just woocommerce and swiftframework on as plugins. Hope you can help fix this…

    Can you do one more test and activate the default WordPress theme Twenty Sixteen and check if that still happens.
    Did you made any customization in your htaccess file?

    Yes, when I activate a default theme, the problem is solved! Nothing in the htaccess that can make this happen…

    Not sure why, but your theme is very dated and you do not have an update notice. Have you blocked that?

    Please update to Uplift 1.3.11: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ff4zyacwn9qzkox/uplift.zip?dl=0.

    You must also ensure, you have the latest Swift Page Builder: 2.5.17.

    I have a staging area: staging.asterisa.nl – same credentials – but you have to visit it adding this to your hostfile:

    87.250.154.17 staging.asterisa.nl

    There is Uplift 1.3.11 and the latest Swift Builder, but the problem persists. It is even bigger than only the links from the product categories. See my ticket #297101: None of the links on my account page are working!

    The strange thing is both the category and the my account page issues only happen when a non administrator is logged in (like a customer) – when a administrator is logged in everything is fine.

    Hope you can help, we had to push the live date of this project because of this…

    I see no difference? The link is still redirecting. Does it work for you?

    The problem is NOT visible when administrator is logged in. When you log out you will see the strange redirect.

    Whenb I switch themes to Atelier of another default WordPress theme then the problem is solved! But i need Uplift to work! 🙂

    Hi,

    I cannot debug your database, the theme will not add anything to that that could affect this as your tests show on your demo default install.

    A 3rd party plugin or WP permalink setting could cause this.
