    Hello , I purchased the template was another version and gave me problems with the truck buyers, and now here I had to be repaid , then you have done an upgrade where the truck was working but the site is very slow . To date two months that I’m working , now the site can not publish it because it is too slow . Now or you solve the problem quickly , or proceed to the signaling Envato market and then paypal . I expect your response rather quickly.

    I have since purchased a version of the model but had problems to cart , then you have an update Done and have adjusted the basket but the site has slowed . Solve the problem or make referral to Envato and paypal ?

    The issue is not with the theme, it looks to do with your hosting or DNS:

    It takes 32 seconds before the site is even able to load, which them completes in just over 2 seconds. Take this issue up with your hosting.

    been insisting that it is the fault of hosting when purchased with the first version had a problem with the cart , then with the theme update version 2.3 to the site has slowed . so the problem is the issue at this point I ask you to solve within 24 hours or ask a refund through forest theme .

    If the issue was with the theme, then this issue would be present for every user. Have you even contacted your hosting to check with them? I understand that it’s frustrating, but we are trying to help and you seem to ignore our assistance.

    I also contacted the ‘ of hosting service but since I tried it with 3 hosts diversification do not think that’s the problem

    If it’s not your host, and you yourself are 100% sure about this, then the issue must be at DNS level (your domain). I can guarantee you that the theme cannot cause this delay.

    I tried on a ” .it ” domain of a private domain and another domain .it .
    What else should I do ?!

    It wouldn’t be the domain as such, but the Nameservers used. What did you hosting say when you contacted them? Who have you tried to host with?

    They told me that it is not their problem . So here no one takes the responsibility then step to reimbursement .
    I have to work so I can not put a site .

    You haven’t answered us multiple times when we have asked who you host with? If they simply reply with “it’s not our problem” then in our opinion, you really need to find a better host. Given the current evidence, there is nothing to suggest the theme is at fault here, and that’s something you’ll need for a refund.
