  The Favicon won’t update. I have changed in numerous time it will not change. (Attached icon)

  Also, there is a star symbol just above the wishlist in the menu. And this won’t go. (Attached the screenshot)

  1) Do you have any cache plugin installed?

  2) That’s coming from a plugin called wpdm premium packages

  1) Yes, W3 Total Cache – Disabled it now still same issue
  2) Thanks I fixed the extra icon in menu.

  Access you files via ftp and make sure there is no favicon image in the root directory
