  There seems to be no option to enter an alternative shipping address when in checkout or an option to click “ship to billing address”. As this shop will sell physical products this needs to be an option. Is there somewhere in the CMS that I have missed as it seems an oversight of the design / theme if this option is not available.

  Sorry but there is no option to turn on or off the shipping option… If it is the “Modals” then there is copy in both title and body but it is not displaying on checkout.

  Please could you give me further information on this.

  It should do, this is controlled by woocommerce not the theme
