  After upgrading to Cardinal 2.5.6 and wordpress 4.6.1, pages with shortcodes returned a blank page. That includes all team members’ individual pages as well as the team index page.

  I reverted back to Cardinal 2.4.0 and wordpress 4.4.5 and managed to have the individual pages display ok. However the team index page is still blank.

  Any suggestions of how to solve?

  Please can you also enable WP_DEBUG in the wp-config.php file, so that we can see the error which is preventing the page from showing, see here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#Example_wp-config.php_for_Debugging

  Hi,
  Its not giving any error so please provide your server error log to know the detail of this issue. Your hosting provider will give the error log detail or you may find at through FTP software.
