I know this is an ongoing question but the KB solutions don’t seem to be working for me. I have used this them previously and had many issues with image sizing then also but finally figured it out but this time I am having no luck. I have resized images and reuploaded, used the regenerate thumbnails plugin, modified the woocommerce size settings to fit within the image size ratios and even modified the description/image areas to no avail. I am trying to decrease the size of the product images because they appear much larger than I would like. It seems that previously working with the theme I might have had to modify some CSS or add some CSS code to get this to happen. I am looking to have all the images half their present size. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am trying to complete the above on the single product page, the catalog page and whichever page the item on my home page draws from for the size of the featured item (I think that appears to be the single product page). I have also yet to see the thumbnail item as 180×180 unless that is more backend for woocommerce. Again … thank you.

The woocommerce image sizes are for the quality of the image, they are resized however to fit the container they are in. If you want to reduce the physical size of the image on the product page then you can reduce the image width using the slider in the theme options. For the shop page the only way to reduce the size of the images are to increase the number of columns

If this is not what you’re referring to then please provide screenshots to explain

Check now, I have increased your woocommerce image sizes so that the images are not blurry.

    Kyle,

Thank you. The size has gotten smaller on the catalog and the single item on the front page which is fantastic! I do appreciate it. Is the only thing you change the size in the woocommerce – settings – product – display area and then performed a regenerate? Thanks again.

No, that was just to improve the quality of the images. On the home page I reduced the column containing the product to 1/4, and on the shop page I set the number of columns to 3 instead of 2

    Hi @vaneeka,

There is no option to do that. But can you provide us the link to a product in your site so we can try to figure out some css to reduce the image area.

    Thanks

Glad it’s sorted. This was strange because I was going to send you a screenshot of those options but then I couldn’t find them in the product options so I thought that maybe they were removed.

Nevermind the important is that is sorted.
