Good evening, and pleased to met you guys!

I’m sending this message because I’m needing a little help with the Uplift theme. Look…

I recently purchased your theme, and the experience have been amazing, but something is going wrong with menu when browsing from mobile.

Is it normal that when someone scrolls  down a page an press the main menu button the page gets to the top instead  of just showing the menu without moving?

My site is still under construction, but that details seems pretty important to me. You can see the site in the url provided in the required field.

    Thanks in advance!

Hi, Kyle. On desktop or laptop the menu works perfect. The error occurs when I visit the site from mobile, scroll down, and press the menu button.

The menu appears, but the page scroll goes up automatically.

If I view your site on my iPhone 6, I scroll down, then click the mobile menu icon. This smoothly opens the menu.

    – Am I missing any steps to replicate this issue?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi, David!

And, after opening the menu, wordpress takes you to the beginning of the page? (scrolling up automatically)

I’ve tried visiting the site from plenty o phones (mostly androids) and everytime I scroll down on a page, and then open the menu, I automatically end at the beginning.

Please let me know if it happens even on iPhone. Maybe the problem is that I’m accessing the site through older versions of android, like 5.0 or 6.0.

Just clarify, you mean it scrolls to the top of the site on menu click?

Yes, that’s exactly what happens after clicking the menu button on mobile.

See an example in the video below.
