Everytime I have tried to update the theme from within the Dashboard it has failed and broken my website. I have had to reinstall my original neighborhood zip file each time.

Can you tell me how to update the theme without this happening?

Are you able to give me a zip file of the latest update as I keep having to reinstall 1.3.2 via FTP.
