Hello!
I just wonder how can I add an image to the footer like you did in the demo content with “welcome to (the) neighborhood”. Which widget should i included in the footer 1?

Use the text widget. Add the Title and then this:

Thanks a lot eliaschl,
When I introduce the code you gave me, is working great with the demo image, but what I exactly want to show is the mastercad and visa logo. I already have them in my ftp. Could you please tell me what I should modify in the code you sent me?
