    Hi,

I added the categories’ widget in the woocommerce sidebar but it doesn’t work fine.

In my shop page the products are showing correctly, but when I try to select a category, I receive a message that there is no products in this category (but there are!)

I think the problem is with the URL of the categories that added the translation string /es/ or /en/. My shop is only in spanish and the products are in spanish. How can I make it work?

    Thanks!

Also, I want to ask you if there’s an option to hide some categories of this widget. (I’ve read in the forum that there’s no option, but I want to assure that I can’t do it)

    Thanks!

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active. Please re-test then.

    Hi,

It’s possible that I don’t have installed the Swift Framework plugin¿?

Please install the plugin if you have not already.

    Hi,

Ok, I think that I’ve found the problem. I disabled Polylang and I’ve checked if the categories work without the language string in the URL ‘/es/’… and they worked.

So, the problem must be that the products are not assigned to spanish language and that’s the reason because nothing is displayed… This would be easy to do, but I’ve found a new problem: I can’t see the language selector in the product’s page, so I can’t assign it. OMG… Someday I will finish this!!

    Thanks!

Please contact the plugin developer for queries relating to the plugin.

    Thanks.
