Hi Guys,
All of a sudden, I’m getting ‘INTERNAL SERVER ERROR’ message when I try to process a payment on the site, although still receiving customer order emails (So I’m getting emails to complete an order that hasn’t been paid for, although I’m getting no notification that the payment has failed)… Fortunately this was found during test stage, otherwise I would be dispatching orders that haven’t actually gone through!
Can you look into for me please?
Steps:
1) Add products and go to checkout
2) Complete customer details and use testing card details (testing feature enabled)
3) Click to complete order, to find Red error message at top of page (see attachment)
4) Admin receives email advising of new order (with order ID) including shipping address, items etc.
5) After checking, payment hasn’t been processed yet order has still gone through despite the Internal Server Error Message.
