  Hello,

  I am trying to using anchor links in my main navigation and am having a couple problems:

  1) I am using anchor links with smooth scrolling for my home page, but when I am on another page (e.g. Contact), these links do not work because the link is looking for an anchor on only the current page

  2) I can fix this by adding ‘/’ (e.g. /#anchor) or typing the full URL. However, this disables the smooth scrolling feature.

  Is there anyway to have smooth scrolling while linking to anchors on my home page when navigating away from another static page?

  Create two menus. 1) for the homepage 2) for inner pages. For menu 2, you can use full links, eg: yoursite.com/contact

  You can set a different menu on a page per page basis.
