The site is currently hosted only locally, so cannot be logged in from outside network (hence, cannot provide admin info). I have the following issues:
1. In the “header left” section of header #6, I have included the “contact” icon, which appears as an animated email icon. However the default view of this icon is transparent or dark, and so it doesn’t show up on the dark background. Upon hovering over it, the icon animates and shows the email icon. How do I make the animated email icon have the same animation as the social logos? By default, the social logos are not transparent. When they animate, a colored square box is created around them.
2. When I am using the swift page builder on the home page and create a new row, it automatically creates the row with 30px margin above and below the row and this setting is not adjustable. How do I fix this?
3. On the default, demo landing page, I am trying to make the “Find Out More” button scroll the page down. I have linked the button to #main-container, however the anchor does not animate and it scrolls too far (the page suddenly jumps down). How do I make the button animate and scroll to the proper location (exactly the top of the main div container)?
July 18, 2016 at 1:37 pm #282011Hi
1) Please let us know when the site is online so we can check the issue
2) 30px is default, you edit it under the Design Options tab
3) You need to add ‘smooth-scroll-link’ to the extra class field

August 9, 2016 at 11:14 pm #286695Hi Kyle – thanks for the help. I’m having trouble finding the “Design Options” tab. Where exactly is it? It’s not in the Uplift documentation and I can’t see any link to it from the WP Dashboard. The smooth-scroll-link did the trick. Thanks. Is there somewhere I can find documentation on all existing shortcodes available for use and their options?
August 10, 2016 at 7:58 am #286731Hi
Click the pen icon to edit to row, the row options modal will appear, click Design Options
I’m afraid not as each shortcode has many possibilities depending on what options are selected, however you can see each one on the demo site

August 12, 2016 at 12:24 am #287092Hi Kyle,
thanks for the update. Still having the contact icon issue in the header. Website is not online and can’t give access, but is it possible to schedule a webex session for support to look at the problem? Unfortunately due to security concerns, this is the only option for examining the problem.
Also when the contact icon is clicked, it opens up a contact popup page (which opens with animation) that has the default info. Wondering where this info can be edited? The popup page contains a contact form 7 and information (lorem ipsum doler sit etc..), social icons, and our address (No.1 Abbey Road, London etc…)
August 15, 2016 at 10:07 am #287375Hi,
All support is handled via the forum. I’d suggest you provide a staging link.
The Contact Slideout you refer to is setup in Theme Options => Header Options => Contact Slideout Page, this will show you what page the content is loading from, you can then edit the page.
If you are referring to the Push nav, this is set in Theme Options => Header Options => Push Nav Aux Text.
Thanks,

Thanks for the response. A staging link will take significant work on our end, we’ll try to figure something out. In the meantime, is the contact slideout functionality replicateable? Is there a shortcode I can use to create a link (with an icon of my choice) that will slide out a page of my choosing? Please let me know. Thanks!
August 18, 2016 at 10:02 am #288003is the contact slideout functionality replicateable?
– yes, easily: Theme Options => Header Options => Contact Slideout Page
Is there a shortcode I can use to create a link (with an icon of my choice) that will slide out a page of my choosing?
– no, that is not possible to do.
Thanks.
August 28, 2016 at 8:44 am #289557Hi David,
I’m looking at this shortcode:
[spb_promo_bar display_type=”promo-button” promo_bar_text=”Get in touch with us for more information!” promo_bar_text_size=”standard” btn_text=”Contact Us” btn_color=”white” btn_type=”rounded” bg_color=”#7eced5″ text_color=”#ffffff” page_align=”no” fullwidth=”yes” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]
[/spb_promo_bar]how can I delete the href attribute from the button (it keeps adding it back in) and how can I set the button class to something of my choosing? Please let me know. Thanks!
August 30, 2016 at 9:58 am #289787Please enable the page builder, you can do this via the Page Builder UI.
1) Use a href as
#
.2) You can add a custom class via the page builder, edit the Promo Bar asset and add the custom class option.
Thanks,
David.September 2, 2016 at 11:26 pm #290422Hi David,
When I click the “My Account” button, it opens a popup with either a login or registration form. How can I change which form pops up? If I want to add more fields to this form or replace it entirely with my own form, is that possible?
September 4, 2016 at 12:13 am #290443Additional question – is it possible to edit the default content in the my-account page? The page just shows the woocommerce my-account shortcode but the content in there doesn’t seem to be editable at all. For example, I would like to show more information in the user dashboard, and change the fields available in the Account Details section.
September 5, 2016 at 8:04 am #290509Hi
1) The forms are the woocommerce login and register forms, if you want to edit them you will either need to edit the woocommerce files or find a plugin that has this functionality
2) Same here, if you want to edit the content on these pages you will need to edit the woocommerce files, this is beyond our scope of support so you will need to edit to your own knowledge and responsibility

September 11, 2016 at 6:14 am #291339I’m having a problem with permalink settings – I changed the settings to the default post-name template, and it broke a bunch of UI elements in the theme. I reset the permalink to the original custom settings:
/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
but the theme is still broken (color schemes off, menus not behaving properly, links don’t change color on hover, animations broken etc.)
how do I fix this? And is it possible to change the permalink settings and keep the theme intact?
September 15, 2016 at 2:49 am #291876Hi @drcoelho
If you are having permalink issues, then it will be down to the htaccess file not being correct – this is something you’d need to speak to your host about, as it’s not something the theme controls, or affects. Have you tried saving the permalinks again? This usually flushes the rules, and sometimes resolves issues.
Can you provide a link to a page where we can see hovers not working correctly? That doesn’t sound like it would be affected by permalinks.
